15. Additional Terms for Paid Subscriptions and Premium Features
Certain parts of the Site may offer subscription-based or paid features. If you choose to purchase any paid service, you agree to the applicable fees as displayed on the Site. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These TOU and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these TOU or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and venue in, these courts.
18. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these TOU is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The failure of Lampwork Software, LLC to enforce any right or provision of these TOU does not constitute a waiver. The headings in these TOU are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
These TOU, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lampwork Software, LLC concerning your use of the Site.
